Chambered in .38 Special, this compact revolver combines proven reliability with modern enhancements for improved shootability and durability.

Constructed with a lightweight alloy frame, the Model 442 weighs just 16.3 oz, making it ideal for all-day carry. The snag-free enclosed hammer design ensures smooth, consistent double-action operation while preventing hang-ups during draw.

This Ultimate Carry model features an upgraded internal Endurance Package, improving long-term durability and reliability under heavy use. Optimized hammer and trigger geometry provide a smoother, lighter trigger pull for better control and accuracy.

Equipped with a high-visibility XS Sights® tritium front sight paired with a black U-notch rear, the 442 offers fast target acquisition in both daylight and low-light conditions. Chamfered charge holes and a beveled cylinder enhance reload speed and smooth holstering.

The VZ G10 grips—designed in collaboration with Lipsey’s—provide superior control and comfort. With a high horn backstrap design and relieved grip for speedloader use, these grips improve recoil management and handling in a compact platform.

Built without an internal lock, this model offers a streamlined, no-nonsense design preferred by many concealed carry users.
