The Geissele GFR MOD1 Recce 14.5” Rifle in Black is a purpose-built, lightweight precision platform designed for shooters who demand performance, reliability, and maneuverability in a duty-ready configuration. Built around the efficient 6MM ARC cartridge, this rifle delivers excellent downrange energy, flat trajectory, and reduced recoil in a compact package.

At the core is a 14.5” cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel with a 1:7.5 twist, optimized for durability and consistent accuracy. The barrel features a permanently pinned and welded muzzle device, bringing it to a non-NFA compliant overall length while maintaining compact handling. The super mid-length gas system, combined with Geissele’s Phased Array® Gas System and Tri-Port™ technology, delivers a smooth recoil impulse and improved shot-to-shot recovery.

The fully ambidextrous billet receiver set provides intuitive controls for both left- and right-handed shooters, enhancing reload speed and weapon manipulation under pressure. A Nanoweapon®-coated bolt carrier group ensures long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance in harsh conditions.
