The Geissele CHF Chrome Lined 10.3” 5.56 Barrel is built for uncompromising performance in compact AR-15 platforms. Precision machined and cold hammer forged at Geissele’s facility in North Wales, PA, this barrel delivers exceptional durability, reliability, and consistency for hard-use applications.

Constructed from chrome moly vanadium steel and featuring a chrome-lined bore, this barrel is designed to withstand high round counts while resisting corrosion and wear. Each barrel is High Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) to ensure dependable performance under demanding conditions.

The 10.3” length paired with a carbine-length gas system provides reliable cycling in short-barreled configurations. Geissele’s taper profile enhances balance and rigidity, improving handling without unnecessary weight. A 1:7 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of projectile weights, making it a versatile choice for duty, defensive, or suppressed setups.

Compact, durable, and built to perform, the Geissele 10.3” CHF barrel is an excellent foundation for premium AR builds.
