The Irregular Defense Micro Flow Enhancer (Micro FE) is a suppressor-dedicated muzzle device engineered to maximize suppressor performance rather than compromise for unsuppressed shooting. Manufactured from advanced Inconel 718 using Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) technology, the Micro FE serves as the muzzle-side component of the innovative Hesion Bow mounting system.

Unlike traditional flash hiders or hybrid muzzle devices, the Micro Flow Enhancer is specifically designed for rifles that spend the majority of their time suppressed. Its unique internal geometry directs high-pressure gas and unburned powder into the suppressor's annular intake, promoting earlier combustion inside the suppressor to reduce flash, improve gas efficiency, and enhance overall suppressor performance.

The Micro FE features a 15-degree taper interface combined with a robust 1.125-8 American Buttress Thread, creating an exceptionally secure mounting system while minimizing the potential for carbon lock during extended firing schedules. Matching Inconel 718 construction across the mounting system ensures consistent thermal expansion, reducing wear and maintaining reliable alignment through repeated heating and cooling cycles.

Installation is quick and straightforward using a standard 3/4-inch socket. No timing is required, allowing the muzzle device to be torqued directly to the barrel at 30 ft-lbs for proper alignment and performance.

Available in both 1/2"-28 and 5/8"-24 thread patterns, the Micro Flow Enhancer is compatible with Irregular Defense Hesychia SIXK, SIXK-H, 556UK, and 556UK-H suppressors, making it the ideal choice for dedicated suppressed rifles.
