The Noveske 5.56/300BLK DLC Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group is a premium full-auto profile AR-15 bolt carrier group engineered for maximum durability, reliability and long-term performance. Built to Noveske specifications and finished with an advanced Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) coating, this enhanced BCG is designed for shooters demanding superior wear resistance, smoother operation and simplified maintenance in hard-use rifle platforms.

Machined to USGI specifications, the carrier is manufactured from proprietary aircraft-grade domestically sourced 8620 steel and features a chrome-lined bore for enhanced corrosion resistance and reliability. The properly heat-treated and chrome-lined mil-spec gas key is secured using Grade 8 fasteners and staked to military specifications for dependable operation under heavy firing schedules.

The enhanced bolt assembly is machined from Carpenter No. 158 steel, shot peened for increased strength and MPI tested for quality assurance. Additional upgrades include a tool steel machined extractor and ejector system for enhanced durability and consistent extraction performance.
