The Real Avid Breech Plug Master Maintenance Kit™ is a complete solution for cleaning and maintaining modern in-line muzzleloaders. At the center of the kit is the 4-in-1 Breech Plug Scraper, a compact, multi-function tool engineered to clean breech plugs thoroughly. With interchangeable components, it tackles tapered surfaces, hard-to-reach fouling, and flash holes—even allowing cleaning without removing the breech plug. A push-button deployment system makes switching functions fast and intuitive.

For removal and installation, the kit includes a double-ended spanner wrench along with multiple breech plug sockets (11mm, 12mm, slotted, and oval). A 1/4” drive breaker bar with extensions provides added leverage for stubborn or seized plugs, ensuring safe and effective removal.

Smart Brush® Breech Thread Brushes are included to clean threads and breech areas with precision, while rod extensions allow for deeper access into the barrel. Together, these tools help maintain proper function and extend the life of your muzzleloader.
