At its core is a 14.5” cold hammer forged 5.56 barrel with a skinny contour and 1:7 twist, paired with a mid-length gas system for smooth, reliable operation. The pinned and welded Dead Air flash hider brings the rifle to legal length while maintaining suppressor compatibility.

The rifle features a 4th Generation billet carry handle upper receiver, precision machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in OD Green Cerakote over Type III hardcoat anodizing. A fixed carry handle with A2 rear sight offers a classic configuration, while modern internals—including a full-auto profile BCG with an MPI-tested Carpenter 158 bolt—ensure reliability.

Up front, the NSR-13.5” M-LOK handguard with front sight base cutout provides a lightweight, free-float platform with versatile mounting options. M-LOK slots at 45-degree intervals and a continuous 1913 top rail allow for flexible accessory setup.
