The SOF Operator RSAW is a purpose-built .300 Blackout rifle engineered from the ground up to maximize the cartridge's full potential in short-barreled, suppressed applications. Unlike standard AR-15 platforms adapted for .300 BLK, the RSAW was specifically designed for urban operations, compact maneuverability, and exceptional reliability with both subsonic and supersonic ammunition.

At the heart of the RSAW is an 8-inch match-grade 4150 steel barrel featuring a 1:7 twist rate, optimized to stabilize heavy subsonic projectiles while maintaining outstanding accuracy with supersonic loads. Combined with an adjustable gas system, the platform delivers smooth operation, reduced recoil, and dependable cycling whether shooting suppressed or unsuppressed.

The rifle is built around a precision-machined billet 7075 aluminum lower receiver and a rigid semi-monolithic billet upper receiver finished in a durable gray anodized coating. Internal components feature advanced finishes including a DLC-coated bolt carrier group and Teflon dry film lubricant on the receiver interior to enhance reliability, reduce friction, and extend service life.
